TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract consists of the provision of various cleaning services for the premises, boxes, public toilets and glazing at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps site. Derogations, clarifications and comments In accordance with Article 9, §4 of the Royal Decree of 14 January 2013 establishing the general rules for the performance of public procurement contracts (hereinafter “the RGE”), the attention of the tenderer is drawn to the fact that these special specifications deviate from the following provisions due to the specific features of the contract: - As the services are scheduled on an annual basis, the amount of the security deposit (Article 25, §2 RGE) is set at 5% of the contract amount for performance during one year. - Given that the nature of the contract requires rapid intervention to enable the service provider to remedy its default without delay, any finding of a failure to perform the contract clauses on the part of the service provider (Article 44, §2 RGE) may be communicated by the contracting authority by email to the service provider, which confirms receipt and submits its defences by email within 24 hours.
