TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is the provision of a Level 1 and Level 2 office technical support service for all of ATIH’s internal users, comprising: • remote assistance for all users; • on-site assistance at the headquarters premises in Lyon for interventions requiring physical presence; • additional services. The details of the services expected are set out in the special technical specifications (CCTP). The contract takes the form of an ordinary contract. Services are triggered by the issuance of service orders by ATIH. The contract is concluded for a period of four (4) years from the date of its notification and is not renewable.
