TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation aims to carry out routine maintenance services for fire safety installations, fire extinguishers and dry risers, the list of the various items of equipment for which appears in Appendices 1a and 1b to the act of commitment. It also covers occasional services to be carried out as and when needs arise, across all real estate assets managed by AXIMO. The contract includes services handled under a global and lump-sum price and services handled under purchase orders under unit prices in accordance with Articles R 2162-2 and following of the Public Procurement Code, with no minimum amount and for an annual maximum amount of 100 000 euro(s) excluding tax. The tender submitted by the candidate must cover all of the services defined in the CCTP.
