TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation aims to provide persons taken care of by the emergency accommodation service of the CCAS of Grenoble with hotel accommodation that includes information on availability, the provision of hotel nights to persons in situations of exclusion, as well as a reception service. It is specifically the re-launch of lot 02 Hotel Residences. This lot is multi-award, several holders will be designated and will be allocated purchase orders as needed according to the terms defined in the CCAP to meet the numerous and simultaneous demands of the CCAS. The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. Services are paid for by unit prices. The maximum amount is 800,000 euro(s) excluding VAT for the total duration of the contract. The estimated amounts are indicative and include options (similar services and renewals) as well as all renewal periods.
