TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation aims to provide persons taken care of by the emergency accommodation service of the CCAS of Grenoble with hotel accommodation, which includes information on availability, the provision of hotel nights to people in situations of exclusion, as well as a reception service. It specifically concerns the re-launch of lot 02 Hotel residences. This lot is multi-award, several holders will be designated and will be allocated purchase orders as needs arise according to the terms defined in the CCAP to meet the numerous and concurrent demands of the CCAS. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Services are paid according to unit prices. The maximum amount is 800,000 euros excluding VAT for the total duration of the contract. The estimated amounts are indicative and include options (similar services and renewals) as well as all renewal periods.
