TENDER DESCRIPTION

FBB GmbH intends to conclude a service contract for the maintenance of special components of the baggage handling system in Terminal 1, including a service hotline and on-call standby, for a period of up to four years. The performance period is scheduled to begin on 01.11.2026. The services include maintenance work on the plant components’ hardware and software of the controller, on the hardware for the visualization system WinCC, and on the Beumer machine system BeOS and the PSI-CCTV camera system excluding the associated cameras. For the duration of the contract, ensuring the operation of the components, including all system updates and patches, must be guaranteed. The work is generally to be carried out remotely and, if required, on site. The estimated quantities of the framework agreement are to be obtained from the tender documents. The maximum quantity that can be called off under the framework agreement corresponds to the quantities stated plus 10%.
