TENDER DESCRIPTION
FBB GmbH intends to conclude a service contract for the maintenance of special components of the baggage handling system in Terminal 1, including a service hotline and on-call duty, for a period of up to four years. The service period is scheduled to begin on 01.11.2026. The services include maintenance work on the control computer’s hardware and software components, on the hardware for the visualization system WinCC, and on the Beumer machine system BeOS and the PSI-CCTV camera system, excluding the associated cameras. Throughout the term of the contract, it must be ensured that the components are operational, including all system updates and patches. The work is generally to be performed remotely and, if required, on site. The estimated quantities of the framework agreement are to be found in the tender documents. The maximum quantity that can be called off under the framework agreement corresponds to the specified quantities plus 10%.
