TENDER DESCRIPTION

The next fuel station around the district office may be located no more than five kilometers away from the district office, Hoher Weg 1-3, 59494 Soest. At this fuel station, at least fueling, self-service car washing (SB-Waschen), and a car wash facility must be possible and/or available. Further fuel stations must be available throughout the district area, as in the entire area of the Federal Republic of Germany (e.g. via the TND fuel network). Throughout the entire district area, other locations must be available where the service vehicles can be cleaned in self-service washing bays (SB-wash boxes) or in car wash facilities. The billing is carried out using fuel cards. After the order is placed, each service vehicle must receive a free fuel card in consultation with the contracting authority. Deactivating and reissuing fuel cards shall be done free of charge in consultation with the contracting authority during the entire term of the contract. The fuel cards must be equipped with the following functions: fueling fuel and AdBlue, self-service car washing (SB-washing), and washing in the car wash facility.
