TENDER DESCRIPTION

Complete payment services for on-street parking in the public domain in the Municipality of Timișoara, for users of the SPAPP – Timpark parking system under the conditions of charging via mobile telephony through three payment methods: vouchers - advance payment (vouchers), micropayments (SMS) and payment by bank card. SPAPP TIMPARK currently has a similar framework agreement in progress, and the framework agreement to be awarded following this procedure will enter into force after the termination of the last subsequent contract related to the existing framework agreement. Clarifications regarding the award documentation may be requested 20 days before the deadline for submission of bids. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications 11 days before the deadline for submission of bids, only to requests for clarifications submitted by economic operators within the deadline set, mentioned above.
