TENDER DESCRIPTION
For the realization of this objective, there is a partnership agreement between Dâmbovița County Council and CNAIR no. 733/92/2729/15.01.2025. The objective is financed through the Transport Program 2021-2027. The duration of the service provision will be equal to that of the works contract, namely 24 months, and will be extended at no additional cost if the latter is extended. The term for starting the fulfillment of contractual obligations by the contractor will be communicated by the service start order issued by Dâmbovița County Council, but only after the communication of the establishment of the good performance guarantee.
