TENDER DESCRIPTION
For the achievement of this objective, there is a partnership agreement between Consiliul Județean Dâmbovița and CNAIR under no. 733/92/2729/15.01.2025. The objective is financed through the Transport Programme 2021-2027. The duration of the provision of services will be equal to that of the works contract, i.e. 24 months, and will be extended without additional costs if the latter is extended. The deadline for the contractor to start performing the contractual obligations will be communicated through the work/service start order issued by Consiliul Județean Dâmbovița, but after the communication of the establishment of the performance guarantee.
