TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within the subsequent contracts, the following will be requested: 1) Cadastral document for the first registration 2) Cadastral document for mergers or splits 3) Update of cadastral documentation 4) Cadastral document for apartmenting/subdivision into sub-apartments/re-apartmenting 5) Registration/entry/withdrawal of subdivision units/real rights 6) Rated topographical situation plan 7) Setting-out on site 8) Land register extract for information 9) Certified copies of documents from the archive 10) Preparation of cadastral survey plans of elevations for each level at different scales. A subsequent contract may refer to one or more of the immovable assets (land with or without buildings) located in the administration of Sector 2 of the Municipality of Bucharest. In the performance of the Framework Agreement/subsequent contract, the contracting authority will issue orders for one or more of the immovable assets, depending on needs. Where applicable, for the same immovable asset it may be requested that more than one of the categories of documentation listed above be provided.
