TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement has as its object the provision of a repetitive and continuous catering service, in which the daily quantity depends on the actual presence of beneficiaries, the school days and the available funding. For this reason, the use of a framework agreement allows the technical, financial and contractual conditions to be established in advance, with the subsequent award of specific contracts without restarting competition, within the published quantitative and value limits. The proposed food package will consist each day of a sandwich plus a fruit of choice. The sandwich will be made from bakery products, protein components – meat products and/or cheeses/derivatives of milk – and vegetables, in the proportions and gram weights established through the technical requirements of the documentation and through the applicable PNMS rules. The fruit must be whole, fresh, healthy, clean, without signs of spoilage and suitable for immediate consumption. The type of food support remains the same throughout the specific contracts, in compliance with the applicable regulatory framework.
