TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement has as its object ensuring a repetitive and continuous catering service, in which the daily quantity depends on the actual presence of beneficiaries, the school days and the available funding. For this reason, using a framework agreement allows the technical, financial and contractual conditions to be set in advance, with the subsequent specific contracts being awarded at a later date without reopening competition, within the quantitative and value limits published. The offered food package will consist each day of a sandwich plus a fruit of the customer’s choice. The sandwich will be made from bakery products, protein components – meat and/or cheeses/derivatives from milk – and vegetables, in the proportions and gram sizes established through the technical requirements of the documentation and through the applicable PNMS rules. The fruit will be whole, fresh, healthy, clean, without traces of spoilage and suitable for immediate consumption. The type of food support is maintained during the term of the subsequent contracts, in compliance with the applicable regulatory framework.
