TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority, through this procedure, aims to purchase Services for collection, transport, processing and disposal of hospital waste in order to contribute essentially to ensuring the correct performance of the waste management activity at the level of the Tulcea County Emergency Hospital, with compliance with the regulations in terms of environmental protection, so as not to endanger the health and lives of patients by exposing them to the risks associated with the absence of these categories of services. The estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities of the Framework Agreement and of the Subsequent Contracts are provided in the specifications (caietul de sarcini).
