TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the contract to be awarded through this public procurement procedure consists in purchasing consulting services for the implementation of the project “Consolidation and Rehabilitation of the Hospital for Chronic Psychiatric Patients Dumbrăveni, Vrancea County”. The consulting services will aim to support the beneficiary in the overall coordination of the project, monitoring the physical and financial progress, ensuring compliance with the agreed deadlines, managing the documents related to implementation, supporting the procurement process, monitoring contracts, checking that expenses are within the approved budget, as well as preparing the documentation and reports requested by the funding body. Proper implementation of the project requires continuous monitoring of the degree to which activities, the agreed indicators and the proposed results are achieved, as well as identifying and managing any risks that may arise during the project’s execution.
