The object of the contract to be awarded through this public procurement procedure consists in the purchase of consultancy services for the implementation of the project “Reinforcement and rehabilitation of the Dumbrăveni Chronic Psychiatry Hospital, Vrancea County”. The consultancy services will aim to support the beneficiary in the overall coordination of the project, monitoring the physical and financial progress, ensuring compliance with the agreed timelines, managing the documents related to implementation, supporting the procurement process, monitoring contracts, verifying that expenditures fall within the approved budget, as well as preparing the documentation and reports requested by the funding body. Proper implementation of the project requires ongoing monitoring of the degree to which activities are carried out, the agreed indicators, and the proposed results, as well as identifying and managing any risks that may arise during the project’s execution.
