TENDER DESCRIPTION

Consultancy services for the development of the National Strategy on the Digital Decade of Romania and the associated Action Plan (roadmap), within the SNDD project, SMIS code 358731. The Authority for the Digitalisation of Romania (ADR) implements the project “A NATIONAL STRATEGY for the DIGITAL DECADE of ROMANIA”, SMIS code 358731, funded under the Technical Assistance Programme (PoAT) 2021-2027, Priority 2 - Improving management and implementation capacity and ensuring transparency of ERDF, CF, ESF+, JTF funds, specific objective Technical assistance, from the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+). The purpose of this procurement consists of providing specialised consultancy services for the development of the National Strategy on the Digital Decade of Romania and the associated Action Plan (roadmap), as well as for the constant updating of it based on the analysis of available data, in order to underpin digital transformation measures to be included in Romania’s National and Regional Partnership Plan (NRPP) for the period 2028-2034.
