TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of an integrated set of services comprising consultancy, methodological and operational assistance, monitoring, reporting, economic-financial expertise and medical technical expertise, necessary to support the implementation of the ExpertRARE project, SMIS code 348253. The services cover: initial mobilisation and organisation; support for general management and operational coordination of the seven partner entities; planning and risk management; monitoring and reporting of progress; support for operations and reporting in MySMIS2021; management of output and result indicators and monitoring of the target group and FSE+ indicators; economic-financial support for the technical-financial documentation and pre-financing, payment and reimbursement requests; medical technical expertise in the field of medical genetics and rare diseases; support for the working tools, training programmes, approval processes, accreditation or recognition of courses and for the ExpertRARE digital Hub; organising and documenting meetings; standardisation of documents, traceability, version control and archiving; support in the relationship with the funding body…
