TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement has as its object the provision of cleaning services in the office spaces in which the staff of the Municipal City Hall of Focșani and of the Local Public Community Service for Evidence of Persons carries out its activities, including specific consumables and cleaning products necessary for carrying out the activities. Buyer’s locations: - Bdul. Dimitrie Cantemir no. 1 bis – ground floor and 2 floors, with a useful area of 2,964.64 sq m, - Str. Prof. G.h. Longinescu no. 4 – ground floor and 2 floors, with a useful area of 814.70 sq m, - Str. Cuza Vodă no. 60 – ground floor, with a useful area of 270 sq m, - Bdul. Dimitrie Cantemir no. 1F: Building A (144 sq m), Building F2 (71 sq m), Building I2 (44 sq m), Building H (52 sq m), with a total useful area of 311 sq m. For as accurate an assessment as possible of the service that will be provided, bidders may request to view the spaces in the locations presented above, in the presence of a representative of the Contracting Authority.
