TENDER DESCRIPTION

Mechanised snow removal is carried out using the contractor’s specialised machines and equipment (regardless of their ownership form), on both directions of the access roads. The activity is performed during the day and/or at night, until complete snow removal, depending on the need, at the request of the contracting authority – based on a written order or through electronic means (email, phone, fax, etc.). If the National Meteorology Administration (ANM) issues weather warnings (yellow, orange, red code), the contractor is obliged to initiate the snow-removal operation as soon as possible, so that the activity of the contracting authority is not disrupted, but not before contacting the contracting authority and receiving acceptance to start the activity. a) Spreading with anti-slip/anti-freezing material: salt, sand, crushed gravel/sort 0-4 / 4-8 mm or other anti-slip materials;  it will be carried out: at the request of the contracting authority;  the anti-slip materials will be ensured/provided by the contracting authority  it will be carried out with self-propelled tools/vehicles (salt spreaders, etc.) with devices appropriate to the surface that must be cleared; In the…
