TENDER DESCRIPTION
Public procurement of Metaverse platform development services and implementation of a Digital Twin-type management system for the DANUBIUS-RI infrastructure Hub, within the Project with acronym DANUBIUS-RO-2, Financing Contract for Program 5.9 Research in strategic interest fields, Subprogram 5.9.4 River, delta, sea systems - DANUBIUS, under the National Plan for Research, Development and Innovation 2022-2027, no. 1D of 03.10.2025. The National Institute for Research and Development in Biological Sciences Bucharest (INCDSB) nationally coordinates the DANUBIUS-RO project which finances the construction and operation of the Romanian components of the pan-European DANUBIUS-RI infrastructure: the Hub and the Danube Delta Supersite. DANUBIUS-RO is constituted as a complex network of laboratories, field stations, and observation points intended to monitor the marine, coastal, and riverine environment, focusing on strategic interest areas such as the Danube Delta, the Black Sea coast, and the lower Danube sector.
