TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement consists in providing all services required for the analysis, design, development, configuration, integration, data migration and validation, testing, piloting, implementation and commissioning of an integrated, interoperable, secured software platform adapted to the processes of UAT Comuna Dobârlău. The contract includes the professional training of the personnel, the handover of documentation, source code, applicable rights and artifacts, the technical warranty for defects in the developed result, and the operational services necessary for the platform’s operation for a period of 60 months from the acceptance of the implementation. The contract is unitary from a technical and contractual standpoint, but contains distinct financial components related to development and implementation, professional training, and post-implementation operational services. The procurement also includes the operational services necessary for the platform’s operation for 60 months after acceptance.
