TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contracting Authority wishes to purchase the service of preparing technical and economic documentation, SF phase with DALI elements, DTAC/DTAD, DTOE, PT+DE, and land registry documentation for “Sustainable urban mobility corridor: Plevnei Street, Garofiței Street, connection to Depozitelor Street, Depozitelor Street and Industriei Street in the Municipality of Zalău”. Under the contract, the following services/activities will be performed and the following documents will be prepared: Phase I: SF with DALI elements and supporting studies/documentation • feasibility study with DALI elements and general estimate, in accordance with GD (HG) no. 907/2016; • topographic survey duly endorsed by OCPI; • geotechnical study and other necessary field studies; • traffic study; • lighting study for street lighting and energy audit for street lighting; • documentation for the urban planning certificate, opinions/approvals/authorisations, including environment and waters; • studies/documentation regarding coexistence, protection or relocation of utility networks; • studies/documentation regarding occupation of land, identification of owners/holders, the legal regime of the properties…
