TENDER DESCRIPTION

The execution of the contract contributes to the fulfillment of the Contracting Authority’s objectives regarding the modernization and efficient use of the built public assets, the improvement of the energy performance of public buildings, and ensuring appropriate conditions for carrying out sports, cultural and social activities carried out within the Multipurpose Hall in the Municipality of Piatra Neamț. By implementing the contract, the preparation of the technical documentation at the stage of the Technical Execution Project is pursued, as well as the performance of the works necessary to improve the energy efficiency of the existing building, in accordance with the solutions approved through the technical-economic documentation and with compliance with the applicable legislation and technical regulations.
