Services for the preparation of the technical and economic documentation at the stage PT + DDE, technical assistance from the designer, execution of works within the project Urban regeneration of the Cuejdiu River for the purpose of increasing the pedestrian area, for a promenade, and for spending leisure time by arranging specific infrastructure for cultural and recreation activities — SECTION 2 — LOT 1 The investment aims to revitalize an urban area with an advanced degree of physical and functional deterioration by arranging modern, accessible and attractive public spaces intended for pedestrian traffic, recreation, cultural activities, and spending leisure time. At the same time, the project contributes to improving the quality of the urban environment, capitalizing on the natural potential of the Cuejdiu River, and increasing the quality of life of the residents of the Municipality of Piatra-Neamț.
