TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority initiates the award procedure for the contract “SERVICES FOR PREPARING THE TECHNICAL EXECUTION DESIGN PROJECT (INCLUDING THE DTAC PHASE), CONSTRUCTION WORK EXECUTION AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROVIDED BY THE DESIGNER DURING THE COURSE OF THE EXECUTION OF THE WORKS FOR “RESTORATION, CONSOLIDATION AND UPGRADING IN VALUE OF THE VÂRNAV-LITEANU HOUSE, LMI CODE SV-II-m-B-05565, CONSTRUCTION OF NEW BUILDING BODIES, LANDSCAPING, PARKING, FENCING, CONNECTIONS AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL WORKS, LITENI TOWN, SUCEAVA COUNTY. The investment for the objective Conacul “Vârnav-Liteanu” (Liteni-Suceava) is included in Project LD 2097 (2021) regarding the rehabilitation of the built heritage and the modernization of certain cultural buildings in Romania, financed through the third Framework Loan Agreement between Romania and the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) ratified by Law 337/2022. The property that is the subject of this procurement procedure is a historic monument of local importance, registered in the List of Historic Monuments of Suceava County (2015 edition) under no. crt. 286, with the name “ Casa Vârnav-Liteanu, today the town hall”, LMI code SV-II-m-B-05565…
