TENDER DESCRIPTION
Services for drafting the Technical Design with execution details, technical assistance from the designer during the execution of the works and execution of works within the project “REHABILITATION, MODERNISATION, EXTENSION OF ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE, OF VENTILATION AND AIR TREATMENT IN THE BUILDING B AND C BODIES, AS WELL AS THE MEDICAL FLUIDS INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE BUILDING B, C, BALNEOLOGY AND DERMATOLOGY BODIES WITHIN THE Clinical Hospital CF IASI” In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016 on public procurement (amended by Government Emergency Ordinance No 107/2017), in conjunction with the provisions of Article 27 of Government Decision No 395/2016, the contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications (if these have been received within the deadline) 20 days before the date set for submission of tenders in the Participation Notice.
