TENDER DESCRIPTION

- Conducting a technical expertise to assess the technical condition of the dam and its related equipment, identifying all deficiencies and establishing the necessary intervention measures to eliminate the problems that have arisen in the operation of the Paltinu accumulation so that the uses for which it was designed are ensured. Also, the necessity of ensuring the supply of a constant flow of raw water for the Voila Hydrotechnical Treatment System will be taken into account. - Preparation of documentation for the approval of intervention works (D.A.L.I) that substantiates and proposes at least two different technical-economic scenarios/options, recommending, justified and documented, the optimal technical-economic scenario/option for eliminating the problems that occurred at the Paltinu dam and accumulation. The documentation for the approval of intervention works will be based on the solutions proposed by the expert in the Technical Expertise and will include, but not be limited to: a) the technical solution; b) the main technical-economic indicators related to the investment objective; c) the urbanism certificate, compliant approvals for utilities, as well as approvals,…
