TENDER DESCRIPTION

Based on the contract, services for preparing technical expert reports and design services — DALI phase — will be provided for the rehabilitation of 48 registered public civil protection shelters, in accordance with the requirements of the award documentation. The public procurement having as its subject “Preparation of technical expert reports and design services — DALI phase — for the rehabilitation of 48 registered public civil protection shelters” aims at assessing the technical and functional condition, as well as providing the basis for the intervention solutions required to restore them to an appropriate level of safety and operability. The 48 public civil protection shelters are held on record by the Municipality of Timișoara and form part of the public domain of the Municipality of Timișoara, in accordance with Government Decision no. 977/2002 regarding the recognition of the public domain. They are registered in the land registry, with the entry in the C.F. (land register) Municipality of Timișoara — the public domain, as the owner.
