TENDER DESCRIPTION

A study on the evaluation of the implementation of interventions under the South-West Oltenia Regional Programme 2021-2027” will be procured, which consists in providing consulting services for carrying out the Implementation Evaluation of the interventions under the South-West Oltenia Regional Programme 2021-2027, namely the evaluation, using an integrated approach, of the investment priorities associated with the South West Oltenia Regional Programme 2021-2027, for the Managing Authority of PR SV Oltenia. The overall objective of the evaluation of the use of resources of PR SV Oltenia 2021-2027 is to determine the effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, coherence (internal and external), the added value for the Union, of the interventions financed through PR SV Oltenia 2021-2027, including through the technical assistance priority. In accordance with the Evaluation Plan of PR SV Oltenia 2021-2027, the evaluations also pursue the assessment of the visibility, regional social cohesion, inclusiveness, the green character and the non-discriminatory character.
