Sanitization and cleaning services - Service areas on A3 Motorway Iernut – Chețani km 33+205 left+right. The contracting authority reserves the right to make amendments to the contract in accordance with the provisions of Article 221 of Law no. 98/2016 provided that these amendments do not fall under the provisions of Article 221 para. (7) of Law no. 98/2016, meaning they do not represent substantial modifications. Possible amendments that may occur during the contract execution period refer to the following: 1) Regarding the change of name, status, shareholding, company form, which does not lead to the creation of a new legal entity, or change of registered office; 2) When the Contractor is replaced by a new Contractor, in the situation where the rights and obligations of the initial Contractor resulting from the public procurement contract are taken over, as a result of a universal or title succession within a reorganization process, including by merger or division, by another economic operator who meets the qualification and selection criteria initially established, provided that this change does not involve other substantial modifications of the public procurement contract…
