TENDER DESCRIPTION

This public procurement has as its object the provision of services for the systematic registration of real estate properties in the Integrated Cadastre and Land Book System within the UAT of Sudiți, Ialomița County, and the implementation of a GIS IT platform, under a multiannual services framework agreement with a maximum duration of 46 months, carried out by issuing firm orders, depending on the needs of the contracting authority and the approved annual budget credits. The services target real estate properties located in cadastral sectors 0, 1, 3, 5, 14, 15, 16 and 17 of UAT Sudiți and include, for guidance purposes: carrying out the public information campaign, preliminary activities and special works (identifying the boundaries of real estate properties and buildings, identifying holders and collecting documents, registering actual possession), preparing the technical cadastre documents, publishing them, receiving and handling requests for rectification, updating technical documents and ex officio registration of real estate properties in the land book, as well as implementing the GIS IT platform, establishing the register of street nomenclature, providing hardware…
