TENDER DESCRIPTION

The public procurement has as its object the provision of systematic registration services for real estate in the Integrated Cadastre and Land Book System within the UAT Sudiți, Ialomița County, and the implementation of a GIS information platform, under a multiannual contract for the provision of services, with a maximum duration of 46 months, carried out by issuing firm orders, depending on the needs of the contracting authority and on the annually approved budget credits. The services target real estate located in the cadastral sectors 0, 1, 3, 5, 14, 15, 16 and 17 of UAT Sudiți and include, for guidance purposes: carrying out the public information campaign, the preliminary activities and the specialist works (identifying the boundaries of real estate and constructions, identifying holders and collecting documents, entering the possession as a matter of fact), drawing up the technical cadastral documents, publishing them, receiving and handling requests for rectification, updating the technical documents and ex officio entry of the real estate into the land book, as well as implementing the GIS information platform, establishing the register of street nomenclature, providing…
