TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement has as its object the provision of Maintenance and Cleaning Services. The proposed contract type is a framework agreement for the provision of services, valid from 11.01.2027 until 31.12.2030, and its implementation will consist in providing the services, based on the concluded subsequent contracts, as well as in paying them. The object is the purchase of maintenance and cleaning services by ensuring cleanliness, maintaining hygiene and sanitation of offices, corridors, staircases, meeting/conference rooms, dining rooms, sanitary groups, production spaces, warehouses, annexes, as well as the exterior perimeter of the buildings, access paths to the inner courtyard, and outdoor parking lots. The contracting authority shall respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information 11 days before the deadline set for submission of tenders.
