Maintenance and repair services for an artificial ventilation device DRAGER EVITA 2 DURA, inventory number 2232087, serial XRBM-5509 / ARMB-0190, located within the PEDIATRICS II Department (ONCOLOGY + HEMATOLOGY). The minimum requested frequency is 1 revision/year. The estimated maximum quantities are 1 maintenance/revision service and 1 maintenance kit for 12 months, i.e. 3 services and 3 maintenance kits for the entire 36-month duration of the framework agreement. The services will include preventive maintenance operations, identification and diagnosis, checks, testing, preparation of service documentation, and corrective interventions, in accordance with the specifications and the SLA matrix. Labour costs, travel expenses and other costs necessary to perform the services are included in the offered price. Accidental spare parts, other than the specified maintenance kits, are not part of the framework agreement.
