The contract duration is 48 months, which is equivalent to 4 years. The start date of the agreement is from the date of its signing by both parties. The contract will not be renewed. Key milestones include the contracting authority estimating the award of at least 1 subsequent contract per year.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the acquisition of maintenance and technical support services, alongside software development services. These services are crucial for ensuring the continuous operation, maintenance of performance parameters, and sustainability of existing IT solutions that were implemented through projects funded by the Operational Program Administrative Capacity (POCA).

The primary objective is to fulfill the beneficiary's obligation to maintain the investment's durability throughout its sustainability period. This includes keeping the software solutions functional, technically and legally updated, and adaptable to changes in normative frameworks and the institution's operational requirements. The existing IT landscape at UAT Botoşani consists of web-based applications developed in C# (.NET) for browser access, running on a Microsoft infrastructure (Windows servers and SQL Server databases), and also includes mobile applications developed for the Android platform.

The tender is structured as a framework agreement for services with a single operator, spanning a duration of 48 months. The maintenance and technical assistance services for the current system will cover various types of support.
