TENDER DESCRIPTION
Maintenance, service and support services for the Open-E JovianDSS storage system, which has the following architecture: 2x active – passive processing nodes - Maguay eXpertServer, with the following configuration: • 2x Intel Xeon CPU E5-2623 v4 @ 2.60GHz • 256 GB RAM • 2x SSD 240 GB Mirror • 8x Ethernet interface 1/10 Gb 2x disk drawers - HGST G460-J-12 4U 60 Bay Storage Enclosure – 110 drives (HDD 8 TB, SSD 400 GB, SSD 480 GB) 2x Open-E JovianDSS software – perpetual license 1024 TB (active support expired). The hardware equipment is located at ADR’s secondary site, situated at Italian Street no. 22, Sector 2, Bucharest. In their technical proposal, bidders will propose one of the following hardware maintenance service variants; both variants shall obligatorily include the renewal of the software support in accordance with point 3.3 letter b): • Standard Variant 8x5 – corrective maintenance at the hardware equipment level, with NBD intervention time (Next Business Day); • Premium Variant 24x7 – premium maintenance and support for the storage system, including the possibility to replace the existing storage controllers with higher-generation models, with extended intervention…
