TENDER DESCRIPTION

A. Preventive maintenance (PM): • RTM 110: 1 PM session / year x 52 monitors x 4 years = 208 PM sessions RTM110; • RTM 440: 1 PM session / year x 13 monitors x 4 years = 52 PM sessions RTM440; • RTM 640 lnc: 1 PM session / year x 2 monitors x 4 years = 8 PM sessions RTM640lnc; • RTM 750: 1 PM session / year x 2 monitors x 4 years = 8 PM sessions RTM750; • RTM 860: 1 PM session / year x 14 monitors x 4 years = 56 PM sessions RTM860. B. Corrective maintenance: B1. corrective maintenance labor during normal working hours: estimated 7,120 hours; B2. corrective maintenance labor on weekends and public holidays (except Christmas Day - 25 December, New Year’s Eve - 1 January and Easter), during planned and unplanned shutdowns (outage): estimated 3,560 hours; B3. spare parts lot, used as part of corrective maintenance: 1 lot, with an estimated value of EUR 650,000 excluding VAT; B4. repair services at manufacturer level for RGZ 270 Y, RGZ 270 YG, RGZ 1100 ZY detectors; B5. software platform for the integration and management of personal RFID, for RTM 110-type monitors (52 pcs) and RTM 860 (14 pcs).
