TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot 1 has as its object the provision of preventive and corrective maintenance services for the HVAC systems relating to the Onco-Hematology building, located in Piața Regina Maria no. 2, building C2, Timișoara. The lot includes the Daikin VRV-type air conditioning system relating to the building P+Et.1+Et.2+Attic, the HVAC systems with 3 air handling units of the Ekovent, Rosenberg and VTS types relating to the Cell Bank, the Molecular Biology Laboratory and the Sterile Rooms on floor 1, the HVAC system with a B-C Technologie type AHU, and the HVAC system with a Weiss Ultra type AHU. The services include preventive inspections, corrective and accidental interventions, checks, measurements, adjustments, cleanings, sanitisation, diagnosing and remedying malfunctions, checking the refrigeration, electrical and automation installations, functional test runs, the preparation of service reports, as well as the supply and installation of the filters provided in the award documentation.
