TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot 1 has as its object the provision of preventive and corrective maintenance services for the HVAC systems related to the Onco-Hematology building located at Piața Regina Maria no. 2, building C2, Timișoara. The lot includes the Daikin VRV air-conditioning system associated with the P+Et.1+Et.2+Attic building, the HVAC systems with 3 air handling units of the Ekovent, Rosenberg and VTS type associated with the Cell Bank, the Molecular Biology Laboratory and the Sterile Rooms on the 1st floor, the B-C Technologie type HVAC system with air handling unit (CTA), and the Weiss Ultra type HVAC system with air handling unit (CTA). The services include preventive inspections, corrective and accidental interventions, checks, measurements, adjustments, cleaning, sanitisation, diagnosing and remedying malfunctions, verification of refrigeration, electrical and automation installations, functional tests, preparation of service reports, as well as the supply and installation of the filters provided in the award documentation.
