TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot 1 covers the provision of preventive and corrective maintenance services for the HVAC systems related to the Onco-Hematology building, located at Piața Regina Maria no. 2, building C2, Timișoara. The lot includes the Daikin VRV type air conditioning system for the P+1st+2nd floor + attic building, the HVAC systems with 3 air handling units of Ekovent, Rosenberg, and VTS types serving the Cell Bank, Molecular Biology Laboratory, and Sterile Boxes on the 1st floor, the HVAC system with B-C Technologie air handling unit, and the HVAC system with Weiss Ultra air handling unit. The services include preventive inspections, corrective and accidental interventions, verifications, measurements, adjustments, cleaning, hygiene, fault diagnosis and repair, checking refrigeration, electrical and automation installations, functional tests, preparation of service reports, as well as the supply and installation of filters provided in the procurement documentation. The estimated frequency is 4 preventive inspections per year.
