TENDER DESCRIPTION

Contract for organizing the expedition/monitoring campaign in transitional, coastal and national marine waters related to the project “Development of the Study regarding the integrated monitoring program of the Black Sea marine ecosystem according to the requirements of the Marine Strategy Framework Directive (2008/56/EC).”, according to the specifications of the Terms of Reference and under conditions established by the legislation, norms and regulations in force in the field, for organizing a sea expedition in the offshore area of the Romanian continental shelf to obtain data and information necessary to achieve the expected results for action 1 (10 days within the 2026-2027 period).
