TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contracting Authority organizes, during 27 November – 27 December 2026, in Piața Constituției, the 19th edition of the Bucharest Christmas Market – Bucharest Christmas Market. The artistic programme takes place on the main stage (18 days of performances, in the time window 18:00 – 22:00) and in the DJ booth (30 days, outside the performance hours of the main stage), while the fair area operates daily for 31 days. Provision of the services forming the subject of the contract which is intended to be awarded, namely event organization services – stage technology, sound, lights, video for the Bucharest Christmas Market – Bucharest Christmas Market, 19th edition, 2026. The contract is executed in three stages: Stage I – installation, setup, connection and tests: 16.11.2026 – 26.11.2026 (connection of consumers by 26.11.2026, at 12:00, respectively at 18:00 for the fair area; general test on 26.11.2026, between 18:00 – 20:00), Stage II – operation and maintenance during the event: 26.11.2026, at 18:00 – 27.12.2026, at 23:00, Stage III – dismantling, return transport and release of the site: 27.12.2026, at 23:59 – 31.12.2026, at 22:00.
