TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract consists in providing integrated event organization services for the training sessions within the project: renting the hall and preparing the event, catering (coffee break, lunch), restaurant services (dinner), accommodation, reimbursement of transport for participants and lecturers, technical support and overall event coordination. A maximum of 25 events will be organized, with a total number of participants estimated at at least 1,000 persons, as scheduled according to the specifications.
