TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract consists in the provision of integrated event organisation services for the training sessions under the project: hall rental and event preparation, catering (coffee break, lunch), restaurant services (dinner), accommodation, reimbursement of transport costs for participants and lecturers, technical support and overall coordination of the events. A maximum of 25 events will be organised, with an estimated total number of participants of at least 1,000 persons, as scheduled according to the specifications (terms of reference).
