TENDER DESCRIPTION

In accordance with the requirements of the Specifications (Caietul de sarcini) No. 16635 of 04/08/2026: a. Ensuring the guarding and protection of the Contracting Authority’s employees, objectives, assets and values, in accordance with Appendices No. 1 and 2 to the Specifications and the program established for each objective in particular, as well as the handover-acceptance minutes for the sites. b. Ensuring order and peace within the perimeter of the entrusted objectives. c. Ensuring the integrity of the Contracting Authority’s personnel who carry out their activities within the entrusted objectives. d. Permanent monitoring through the video system of the objectives in which surveillance equipment exists. e. Ensuring the guarding and integrity of the water quality monitoring system from CDMN and CPAMN. f. Controlling access within the premises of the entrusted objectives. g. Uninterrupted execution of a data exchange between the Contracting Authority, the Contractor and the police authorities, intended to prevent and stop criminal activity. h.
