The contract will have the following stages: A. Preparation of the following documentation: a. If applicable: documentation for obtaining/extending the validity of the building permit. b. Technical Project, according to legal provisions; c. Execution details; d. Preparation of the report upon completion of execution; e. Program for monitoring the behavior of the work over time; f. "As-built" project; B. Related services: a. Technical assistance during the execution period of the works (including critical phases and any modifications to the project), technical assistance during the warranty period of the works. C.
