Design services (documentation for obtaining approvals and agreements, the building permit, DTAC, DTOE, DTAD, as applicable, PT+DE and specifications by field) and technical assistance on the part of the designer for the investment objective “CAPITAL REPAIRS OF BUILDINGS AND ANNEXES, ZOOTECHNICAL FARM NO. 2 ERNEI” The estimated value of design services and technical assistance on the part of the designer for the investment objective “CAPITAL REPAIRS OF BUILDINGS AND ANNEXES, ZOOTECHNICAL FARM NO. 2 ERNEI” is 802,500 lei, plus VAT, broken down according to the approved general estimate of the investment, as follows: • Ch. 3.5.4 Technical documentation required for obtaining approvals/agreements/building permits -12,500 lei excluding VAT; • Ch. 3.5.6 – Technical design and execution details, including specifications by field and technical documentation for the procedure for procurement of works – Phases II and III: 668,000 lei excluding VAT; • Ch. 3.8.1 Technical assistance of the designer – 122,000 lei plus VAT; The values indicated for the respective chapters/budget lines are indicative in nature and do not represent value limits imposed on tenderers when preparing their…
