Design services (documentation for obtaining opinions and agreements, the building permit, DTAC, DTOE, DTAD, as applicable, PT+DE and specifications for each specialty) and technical assistance from the designer for the investment objective “CAPITAL REPAIRS OF BUILDINGS AND FARM ANNEXES NO. 2 ZOOTECHNICAL FARM ERNEI” The estimated value of the design services, technical assistance from the designer for the investment objective “CAPITAL REPAIRS OF BUILDINGS AND FARM ANNEXES NO. 2 ZOOTECHNICAL FARM ERNEI” is 802,500 lei plus VAT, broken down according to the approved general estimate of the investment, as follows: • Ch. 3.5.4 Technical documentation required in order to obtain opinions/agreements/authorizations -12,500 lei without VAT; • Ch. 3.5.6 – Technical design and execution details, including the specifications for each specialty and the technical documentation for the procurement procedure for works – Phases II and III: 668,000 lei without VAT; • Ch. 3.8.1 Designer’s technical assistance – 122,000 lei plus VAT; The indicated values for the respective chapters/budget lines are for guidance purposes only and do not constitute value limits imposed on tenderers when preparing…
